I live in beautiful British Columbia, Canada, where I am a nature junkie! Riding my quad up to the top of a mountain is what gets my senses going! I'm a 46 year old married animal care technician, but I'm a stay at home Mom now, even though my son is 21! I'm very passionate about animals and their well being. If I see anyone abusing an animal, they sure hear from me!

I'm a graphic junkie; I've been making avs for 11 years now. I love PSP, but I also use PS for certain things. Colours and texture attract me to make an image. I do my best work with blending, layering options, and texturizing, but I also try different things. Scrapping interests me, but I'm not great at it yet. I usually just let the picture guide me to creating something that someone would like.Visit azrael's gallery.

My name is leora, but my friends call me mel. I am 27 years old, a resident of the sunshine state (Florida), the proud mommy of a six year old little boy, and, at this point, a nearly insane Psychology student with a year left on my BA. In my "spare" time (ha-ha) i love to read, go to concerts, kick back at the beach, and try to juggle my overly active social life.

When i get the time to design, i am a die-hard PSP junkie who occasionally gets brave and works with PS, as well. i love experimenting with blending different textures, tweaking blend modes, and, in general, i just let the picture guide me into the AV it wants to be.

InkLust is my home here on the net. The lovely ladies of the admin- lyric, scarlet, and mags - are like family to me. I started playing with design on an extremely elementary level around 2001, creating small character pages for the roleplay site I used to frequent. My work was terrible back then! A few years back, scarlet got me involved at another AV site where I began to learn the basics from some great people. Since then, I've designed at a few places, and the time eventually came for me to participate in opening this site, InkLust. These days, I am primarily use PS-CS2 but often find myself reverting back to PSP-X for certain actions. My strengths are probably hand-coloring, image manipulation, and blending. I enjoy cut-out and scrap creations, as well. I try to vary my styles when I can, and I am always eager to learn new techniques.

I am the co-owner and an administrator of InkLust, and I wear many other different hats, as well. I've been working in PSP for more years than I care to count, but I still love it! I am a DIE-HARD PSP user and blending is probably my favorite thing to do. I live in Florida; yes, it's hot as a firecracker, and yes, the humidity is like sticking your head in an oven, BUT it is absolutely beautiful here. (Even though I'm in Florida, I am and will always remain a Tennessee football fan.... GO VOLS!) I am a music junkie; I like it all, but country is my favorite. Blake Shelton and Kenny Chesney are my favorites. I watch a good bit of TV; I love the show, Criminal Minds. I also like all the CSI's and Vampire Diaries. I enjoy reading; anything that has to do with policeman, lawyers and courtrooms. I love John Grisham and James Patterson. The Alex Cross series is my favorite. Visit magnolia's gallery.

I started making icons (130x130) roughly seven years ago for chat. I looked at all the people making them and wanted to make my own, so I went out and taught myself. I started with a very rudimentary program on microsoft that I can't even remember now. I then got Paint Shop Pro 7, and through the help of some friends from chat, tutorials, and my brother, started learning more and more. A couple of years ago, I started making the larger avatars. I've recently switched to Photoshop CS2 and will not go back to PSP now!! I am by no means an expert, nor do I claim to be. Actually, you will find I am my own worst critic.

I've been designing for quite a few years; I can't even remember how many anymore now, probably five or so. I mostly use Photoshop, but started out in PSP and still switch back and forth at times. I've used many names over the years but since I started designing, I was either faylene or scarlet. I am currently using scarlet. I live in Ohio and am the most enthusiastic Ohio State football fan ever! Well, at least in the top ten. I like to do all sorts of avs, from blending to cut-outs and even trying my hand at scrap type avs. I suppose I'd be best known for my blends though.

I am married with four children though you could hardly call them that anymore. The three oldest are out on their own. My youngest still lives at home and is the only boy. He is autistic, and he is the light of my world when the darkness creeps in. I also have six; yes count 'em, six grandchildren. I work from home and am easily distracted by peeking into InkLust all day long. Outside of designing I enjoy reading, watching movies and TV and spending time with my family playing the Wii! I'm an avid Ghost Hunters fan and love the paranormal. Visit scarlet's gallery.
